Sounds a bit much. With stacks, it's probably got other mods. With a plow, that means it's been in some harsh conditions. I'd look at the bottom side for rust and salt corrosion.

I bought my 99 with 125k miles for 14,500. FULLY loaded sport, etc... It all comes down to the condition of the truck and what it's worth to you. If its got newer tires, bedliner, etc... it would be worth more to me as it's all stuff I don't have to do once I buy the truck.

Price doesn't seem horrible, what kinda shape is it in?

i got a 99 with 119k last year for 12.5k truck was in great shape and is a cali truck..no rust, and really no hard conditions when it was a pavement princess...oh yea it was a one owner also, just food for thought. (cali vheicles hold a premium, dont know why but they are usually MORE expenisve here than else where.)
