What is normal pressure?

Hi I'm a newbie and was wondering what is considered normal pressures for my truck. just installed a pyro, boost & fuel press. gauge.
I have a 98 24valve slt 4x4 short box cc, 5 speed standard, terminator2 power chip, K&N air filter, 355 rearends. all else is factory. Have 100 miles on truck.
I'm on my third factory lift pump all were done on warranty.
fuel press at idle 11psi, cruise at 60 to 75 mph 8-9 psi, WOT will suck down to just under 5psi. Max boost pressure is 18psi.
Thanks for your replies

Howdy and welcome.
Your fuel pressure looks low across the board, especially under WOT.
Have you changed the filter recently?
Idle, I think most folks say around 15, cruise 12-13 and WOT people don't like to see less than 7. 5 at WOT seems to be where most people get nervous.

considering you are in stock fuel lines and pumps those numbers are typical of a living pump, there is room for improvement with any of the aftermarket systems, if you go bigger on your injectors, or fueling box you are gonna want address the pump/line issue first. your going to be dang glad you have those guages some day.

I installed the FASS on mine and I idle at around 16-17 lbs of fuel pressure .... after your 3rd lift pump, could be a good next purchase.

farmer13, good to see another Saskatchewan member! For fuel systems check [url]http://www.scottysystems.ca (another sask member) I went through 3 lift pumps. I put in Scotty's max flo at 200,000 kms after the last lift pump and now have 350,000 kms. Pressure is 13 at idle and 10 at wot.

I noticed your boost is around 18 psi. Have you blocked the wastegate on the turbo yet? I have a 01.5 6 speed and I believe you have a different turbo then I have. On mine I pinched off the rubber line to the wastegate to allow me to get up to 36 psi.

Need more information? Keep asking. The guys here are very helpful.
