Wait To Start Light
I just pulled my camper to Fla. for the week of Thanksgiving. When I left home everything was fine. When I got to Fla I noticed my truck was hard to start,my first thought was a bad IP. Then I noticed that my wait to start light was not coming on. I noticed if the light did not come on I could cycle the key and it would come on then. If I made sure the light came on and then started it all was fine. Where should I start looking to solve this problem? I trust the answers here far more than the one's I get from any dealer. Thanks in advance.

Start looking at all electrical connections. Not only the battery grounds and positive connections. The connectors at cowl, the ground behind starter, the ground for PCM, and connectors for PCM, ECM, sensors, quality of batteries, and charging system. Water and corrosion may have gotten to some small pins in connectors.
