Yea, i just did new rotors/pads on my truck for a similar shaking problem. Its reduced, but i still get some shaking at breaking too.

the rotors looked ok, but when you spin them you can see they are slightly warped. with 7000lbs of weight to stop, a tiny bit of warpage makes itself known!!

check your tire pressure. too high u will cup. agree also with the brakes.

I have this problem as well, horrible shacking while braking! I have changed rotors and pads and it still continues to do so. Is there some kind of bushing that goes bad to cause this shimmy.. All my balljoints are good..
