Just recently i have started having boost issues with my truck. while accelerating the turbo winds up and down as if the wastegate were opening and closing with minimal boost. I took the wastegater off of the truck and put a plug in the feed tube and the turbo is still winding up and down, im stumped the drive shaftoff of the exhaust side is in good running condition there is no play in the in the shaft. The turbo is being lubricated as normal and i am not have any fuel issues with the motor, always reads a solid 10 psi,anyone everhad this problem or any like it?
