I have seen it here before
I have seen this discussion before but I do not remember where or what the answer was. Sometimes when I am idling at a red light or in traffic my truck has a miss to it. Can anyone tell me some things to look at. During this miss I have 11 psi of fuel pressure and normal temperatures.
Thanks

First thing would be any stored codes. Next thing would be disconnect your VA to see if that eliminates it. While its missing, you could try cracking injector lines. If it doesn't change, then you've found the bad injector. Or you could pull the injectors to see how dirty they are, or get their POP's checked. My stock injectors ran terrible with my HRVP because their POP's were areound 215 bar, when they should be 310 bar, and were really dirty.

I have the same thing happen to me also. The problem started sometime after I switched or should i say the state switched to ULSD. Maybe it was just a coincidence. Anyways, I started running an additive every tank full and recently started running 2 stroke oil instead. Problem gone. Now maybe it was just a coincidence. Maybe not. The fact of the matter is, the problem of rough idling is...........gone.
