Just a concern of mine, which I have never seen discussed on here before

When I pulled into my driveway this afternoon after a 1 hour commute home, I happened to check my PS fluid, and the level was way high, I mean almost poring out of the rim high! My coolant level was high, also; at least 3 inches above the max mark line in the overflow bottle. My oil level was right on, and was proper in smell and color. My coolant was proper in smell and color, also. If it helps, I have a Magnefine plumbed into the return line of the PS pump. Now mind you, since my power steering pump was replaced around 6 months ago, I have gotten in the habit of checking the fluid levels at least 2x a week, and it has never been this high, hot or cold. Please advise.

I'd just make sure the Magnefine is oriented in the correct flow direction, maybe pull a few ounces out of it and just keep an eye on everything for the time being if it's not doing anything else wrong.

Coolant is normal in smell and color; I actually filter my coolant, so my coolant always looks as it should. My Magnefine is the 2nd one on there, because the 1st one had a slight crack that apparantly came that way from the factory. The point to all this is that at everytime I put these filters on, I was very good with pointing arrow flow towards the reservoir. Just seems weird.

The power steering fluid was probably just good and hot. When I check power steering fluid cold, I never add any unless it's below the low cold mark.

After a 2.5 hour drive up to Reno, all is well. I actually drew out about 4 tablespoons before I left, and checked it again when I drove back from Reno. Thanks
