Turbo problems??

Tonight I was parked for about 30 min. When I went to leave the truck had no power and no boost. Ok so I figure boost boot, because yesterday I replaced the VP-44. So I pull over and try to check the boots in the dark with a cigarette lighter. I couldnt see nothing and I didnt have any tools anyway. So I figure I will drive the 20 miles home the way it is. Only 1/2 mile later boost gauge comes back and so is the power. Drove the truck another 40 miles with no troubles whatsoever.

So anybody know what the heck happened? Thanks Bret

but the boost was a 0psi, and i didnt hear it so I assume that it wasnt spinning. Is this possible? I beat on it for awhile, because I figured if its gonna grenade, lets get it over with. But it runs great now. Im stumped.

Pull the intake hose and make sure the blades aren't getting hung up on anything,
you could have had something in there jamming them, either exhaust or intake side, and it worked itself loose on it's own.
