Truck Smoking on EVERY Startup.....?

Well let me start by saying my truck has 162K on it. VP44 and lift pump in Feb 09 (about 20-25k miles ago). Truck runs GREAT! But when you first start it up it smokes whitish blue for about a minute or so and idles rough for about 30 seconds. Once that is gone NO more smoke and idles great. Runs great, good power, perfect. Drive it for awhile then kill it and You let it set for 3-4 hours and crank it up again and it smokes again. The idle might not be so rough and the smoke might not be as long but still more than I would think is normal. Temperature here is east Texas is a frigid 60 degrees today so not REAL cold. Went to Vatozone and pulled codes 1693 and 0234. Turbo overboost. I just got the truck a week ago and dont remember it doing it this bad. Just started adding the Walmart TWc3 2 stroke oil on this tank (one qt on a full fillup) and now Ive used about 1/8th of a tank. What you guys think? Preciate it!

Sounds like it could be a fuel leak. Leaks down when it sits and then when you start it has to get the air out of the lines. Do you have to hold down on the acc to get it to start? Does the truck crank for a little while before it fires?
