Truck just shut down

We have an 02 2500 auto and two weeks ago dad was going through town and it died. Got it fired up went a little more and quit again right infront of a shop so the next day they checked it out said lift pump was only flowing 12 gph. So they want to but an intank pummp 1,500. so i said no and order a FASS hpfp kit. Got it on this weekend and went to town went 4 miles and truck just shut down again it was hard to start again finally got it off the road and to a friends shop checked fuel presue truck wouldnt start but at the injector pump we were getting 20 lbs. so i think im ok there but i did key trick and got two codes P PCU 1693 and P ECU 0230 please any help would be greatful any more question feel free to ask thanks in advance Joe

Transfer pump Circuit Out Of Range As I'm sure you already know. Can you get it scanned for the 1693 code?
