transfercase question
i have an 01 2500 24v 5 speed ram. the t-case is ready to let lose its a 241-DLD what all do i have to change to put a 241-DHD in and are the heavy duty(DHD) all that much stronger/better any info would be greatly appreciated

Working on my Buddy's '99 I noticed he had the HD model. Externally the only difference I could see was provision for a PTO. Not sure about inside but the outside looked identical other than the PTO port.
