Trans pan gasket - mag-hytec

I had a new trans installed and Im leaking a bit of ATF from the front of the pan. I have a feeling the gasket could be bad. The trans has a mag-hytec double deep pan on it. Do you think I should get a mag-hytec gasket or just a normal napa trans gasket?

Plus napa has two different sizes if I went with them: 15" L x 11.5" W x .09" H or 14" L x 11.5" W x .067" H

I have no clue which to buy now rubber or cork?

Go to the dealer and get yourself the rubber molded gasket used from 2003 and up. It should be the last one you buy. It will run you 25-35 dollars or so.

I have the same pan, and my tranny was built last year and they used a cork gasket and started leaking in a week or so...They put a rubber one on so far so good

From: North Carolina or Kentucky. Take your pick
With the molded gasket you get additional bragging rights. Gets my vote. It is not troque sensitive as most cork and rubber gaskets are.
