Trans Help

I have a 02 quad 2500 at 35k had a vavlebody put in at the deler.What would make a vavle body go out so early.It was starting out in 2nd I had to shift it manual.I'v also read about the fuel system on the 02s why do they suck?

'cause that's how a lift pump works... they didn't go to pusher pumps in the tank until recently.

because u probably didnt need the valve body, just the solenoid and or govener pressure transducer.

Bingo, I got ripped off for over a grand when mine did this. Truck just turned 40,000 miles and I didn't know any better (hadn't found this site).

My repair probably should have cost less than $350, I paid over $1,200 at Newark Dodge, Newark DE.
