I have an 03 3500 4 speed Auto{dont have the transmission number on hand}4x4 quad dually.Was shuddering since 2000kms,now at 10,000 just had new tc installed along with new overdrive as the mechanic said it was scored.Well have put 200 kms on it since rebuild and shudder is back!Can an anyone give me some insight on this before I go back to the dealer? it also has a harmonic vebration between 100-110 km/hr.that you can feel in the seat and floor.I occasionally pull a 6 ton trailer and drive it very easy.Sorry for the long message my first post,the truck has the 160 7 year warranty but at this rate itll spend more time at the dealer than on the road1

 

wc.well welcome aboard ,you have the 48re trans and i have heard good things about them.it sounds as if the dealer didn't know what was wrong and started replacing parts.take it back tell them whats wrong take em for a test drive and tell them youwant a loaner car and to fix it.hope it works out for you. ;D
