Last weekend I was towing my pulling tractor and the truck was shifting find to the pull. On the way home coming in to every gear the truck would shake bad. Now it does it all the time. Anyone have a guess what it could be. I hear that the tq converters are bad and the line pressurs sucks in thease trucks. I have a 2001 with a big fuel kit hypertech max energy and a edge juice and cold air intake. What could be the problem?

The tranny has delivered it's life expentancy with the added engery it has had to endure with stock configuration. You increased the torque of engine by say 50%, would it not make sense to increase the torque handling capacity of tranny by a like amount.

Try some Lubeguard "Shudder Stop", then start planning on a new tranny.
