I have something leaking but i don't know what it is. It's coming from the driverside in the front next to the fluid damper it has a tube and some sort of a filter or canister what in the world is it and how do i get it to stop. Thanx just got the truck 5 months ago.

 

That'd be your crankcase vent.

Cannister on the end is to catch oil vapors, it needs to be emptied every oil change, sound's like it hasn't been for a while.
