Some Pump? Help

Ok I have a 01 3500 and I have this pump that wont stop running, and I have been just unplugging it when the truck isn’t running. Its to the right of were you hold your brake fluid if your looking at the grill. And it has 2 clusters of wires were it plugs into it and I just need to know what it is and y isn’t it stopping. Some of my friends said it is what keeps pressure to my brake and clutch but I don’t know. Please HELP!

That is indeed your abs pump. and you need to find out what it causing it to run constantly. Look in the PDC, just ahead of that unit, and you should see a relay for the ABS. Pull that relay, if the pump stops running, swap the relay with another similar one. If the pump stays off, the relay has stuck in the closed position, and must be replaced.
