Sounds like the same problem I had no idea why and why it is now gone. Maybe just for grins take the Banjo fitting out of the fuel inlet side and let the fuel drain out some and then re-bleed and start and see if that does anything.

No banjos left on this one. The relocation kit came with bigger lines and jic fittings from pump to pump ( LP to VP ) which includes a larger stock filter to injection pump line. I've had that line off several times when I had problems with sending units failing before going to a mechanical gauge. It never seemed to make a difference, but that was a good suggestion.

Bummer. I hope it clears up for you, I know how annoying this is and I only had to deal with it for about a week.
