Yeah that video is great check it out for sure. I watched all the way thru not even needing to change mine. Just because it was cool to see how in depth it was.

Oh and take your time.

its real easy to do 2.5 -4 hours depending on your skill level just remove the front 3 (on pump) fuel lines the others flex out of the way turn the key way to 12 oclock on the gear AND DONT KNOCK OFF THE THE KEY on the pump shaft it is matched to that pump take your time . I just did one 1 hour ago .blue chip special X. good luck, Rebal

takes us 45-60 minutes. Leave back two injection lines on put remove head mount. put the two pumps standing up and clock the new one, and make sure its perfectly in line, if its not it will crusk key and be off time. The nut should go all the way on by finger, if it doesn't then its not right. Also, when you get the pump put two small punch marks on both sides of the key, this will tighten the ket to the shaft, you don't want that key falling. Make sure to get the two mount bolts under pump.

I printed out the directions I found on this site and did my first in about 5 hours, including clean-up time and a lunch break. If you can follow the examples and use a wrench, it is a very simple process. If you don't know what a line wrench is, have someone help.

I got my FASS system last night but i am still waiting on the vp44 i hope i can start on putting the fass in today and have that done before i get the vp. also another question someone on this site sells the breather tube relocate kit does anyone know his name? i pulled the radiator last night and it is caked with a couple inches of grease. i want to relocate that breather tube so my radiator and the front of the engine compartment stays relativly clean.

Not a problem... These where copied straight out of the Dodge FSM books... So it should do exactly what you need!

Did it with my father in law on Saturday! Wish I would have done it sooner. The truck runs so much better.
Oh I put on some 100hp infectors at the same time and rebuilt the PS pump and Vacum pump since they were under there and area was clear.

I would say have special angle wrenches and cross foot sockets. And work slow and clean. be organized and you will get done right. Study the instructions a few times and have something to reference to when removineg and installlign.
Good luck!
