rear brake problems after upgrade

rear brake problems after upgrade
Anybody else have this problem? 
Installed the Gm wheel cylenders about 2months ago. I loved the stopping power but it rained about 3weeks after I installed them and the driver side rear duals locked up if i even looked at the brake pedal on dry pavement or wet. So I pulled them down cleaned the drums, rebled the rear brakes and adjusted them and no more problems, for the last 4 weeks. Well it rained today and poof driverside duals are locking up again. anybody got any Ideals on why. Can't have be sliding $200 worth on tires everytime it rains, I will go back to the dodge wheels cylenders.
