Rear Brake Lights staying on after pressing brake pedal

I have a 2004 2500 with the brake lights staying on after pressing brake pedal down. I have changed out Brake switch, Front Control Module, Power Control Module, and am now at a standstill as too what to do next? The gear shifter will move also when lights are on which means the ECM is getting a signal to release the shift interlock. I have LED tailights and are thinking they might be the problem, Has anyone hadd any problems with their brake lights coming on and not going off?
Thanks for any info that anyone can throw my way.......starting to go in circles.

The brake switch you spoke of, is it the one that is moved by the brake pedal? It sounds like the switch is not shutting off (adjustment) or the wire is grounded. I think the switch closes to the ground and does not apply current, someone correct me if I am wrong. This will also tell the computer to allow the trans to be shifted.
