Sometimes if im rolling up on a stoplight or in a similar situation when i press the clutch its like the truck is still applying fuel. It sounds like i press the clutch and just tap the foot pedal when i didnt.....Any ideas?

What year? There are programming updates for some, my early 03 diesel did the same thing til they reflashed it.

Its a 2005 with a superchip set on tow....it did it before the programmer though

Mine has done the same since new. If you lightly apply the brakes (enough to turn on the brake lights) it will idle back down.
