I am new to DTR and have a question. I have a 02 with DD3 jammers, Edge drag comp, AFE intake and a FASS. My question is that i have a poping sound coming from the exaust. I thought it might have been a loose exhaust hanger but that wasn't it. The truck runs fine but just doesent sound right. Does anybody know what this could be?

Do you have a exhaust brake installed?

 

No Exhaust brake installed!

 

miss matched injectors can do that are you sure the pop off pressures on each injector are the same?

 

The injectors have been in my truck since they were new. Do u think i should take them out and have them pop tested? U can also hear the sound coming from the engine sometimes, it doesent do it all the time but it does it about 80% of the time.

 

How many miles? Have you checked the valve adjustment?

 

I havent checked the valve adjustment, the truck only has 82K on it. How do i check them?
