Any of you guys ever used a TC from Oregon Performance Transmission? They list a low stall TC for Dodge for 599.00. :Price sounds right, just wonder about quality and performance. The major vendors are so expensive. thanks

 

well my suggestion is you get what you pay for. in some cases there are exception, but i would recremed goerend or DTT.

 

my father got one for a 48RE from goerend. it was $1300 but, it came with a lifetime warrenty which you cant beat. it also preforms real well, with a transgo kit, the second you put it in drive the truck will try to take off with your foot on the brake, you can even hear the difference... the turbo will actually spool a little bit!

 

yes, I know Dave. he built a 47re for me 2003. I sold truck to bro in law and now it has 400k on tranny!! so much money, tho.not sure if I need to go that far. thx
