oil drain plug
Re:oil drain plug
As far as I know, the 02's started using the 18x1.5mm plug. You should have the 22x1.5mm plug. I have the EZ drain plug and am very satisfied with it. I like the fact that the hose extends into the bucket preventing oil streamers from blowing around on the driveway when it gets near drained. The Finger Touch comes out too slow for me, but they are nice, and I have used one before.

Re:oil drain plug
<br>Super Plugs for the Cummins engine have been recalled and Geno's Garage has taken them off the shelf due to some incidents of the plug loosing torque and falling out of the pan, causing the loss of engine oil. The Cummins Super Plug is currently being redesigned and will be again for sale in the near future. This is according to Randy Fink and Ziggy at Super Plug.

I don't have any problem with mine, other than I think it tightens itself up while I drive 'cause it's a PITA to get it off when it's time to drain. Plus the magnetic tip is so strong, it wants to stick to the side of the oil pan when you try and pull it out!
