You need part number 4090046. If they ask, say it's for a bus. Where in Texas are you?

Campaign Pumps gone?

I just got a "campaign" pump. Cost $150. No questions asked about what it was for. But the instructions insided clearly detailied how this was a campaign by cummins to fix deficiency in the fleet. The dealer told me it was one of the last 6 that they had. Also said they may not be able to order more.

So I wonder if all this was a temporary thing and later when we need a new lift pump we'll just be forced to go to one of the upgrade systems talked about in this forum.

I never put my new one on. I went with the FASS system instead. Best thing I have ever done for my truck.

Yep. Pump, wiring harness and a low pressure warning switch.
