Lock N Stitch tips?

Im goint to stitch up my block this weekend. Any good tips?

1) Patience - depending how long the crack is, it will take a while and is in a difficult location work on.

2) A good mirror on a telescoping handle to observe the crack and repair.

3) A compact 90* angle drill - preferably pneumatic.

4) Purchase the brace for the block!

ya man i saw you at the rohnert park dyno but didnt get to talk to ya. but take it slow,like ctd said. also maybe look at this maybe you can fab one up.it should help with stoping it from cracking any more.

After talking to some people im just going to try and patch it for the NADM event if my trans isnt to bad.......... and put a new motor in after the evnt.

no i wanted to but the twins wouldnt have done that good i showed up at the end of the event. a bunch of guys were given me some glares, i hoped to talk to jeremy/stomp but didnt get the chance. i also wanted to meet you and brad ponci, and jeff/the kid fan but i woke up late bla bla bla. basically i forgot but the next one ill be ready, besides the trik vp i got isnt working so a p-pump swap is soon.

I posted a long time ago as to if anyone had tried that product. Stuff is pretty spendy, but I've heard some pretty remarkable things about it. A guy that did our small block race heads ran across a block that had been "fixed" with BALZONA due to an external leak where they went to far grinding the stock style engine mounts off it. He tried to grind some of it and found it was pretty much part of the block now. Sounded pretty impressive and very tolerable of heat cycles.

Wow, this stuff sounds fantastic! Click here If it works half as good as they claim, it would be a great repair. It looks like they've been around since 1952.
