lift pump?

I noticed yesterday my fuel pressure drop to 5psi. So I took it easy getting to camp. I noticed that when I would throttle down a little, the pressure didnt drop at all but went up a bit. When I got there I shut it off waited a little turned the key and fuel pressure went back to normal. I made it home today with everything working fine. Later on I had to pull a piece of equipment up the road from another farm and noticed the fuel pressure drop to 0psi. When I got home, I did the same thing and it started working normal again. Anyone have a clue whats going on here?

Verify your guage is correct. There has been some people doing a lot of un-needed repairs with a failed guage.
