Injector Pump Rebuild Or Replace
OK, I have decided that the few that responded to my intermittent power problem were right. It is the injector pump dying. I replaced the lift pump Thursday night and it ran better for a little while. Then back to the same old LOW POWER BLUES. It finally would not start at a friends house Friday night with a trailer load of hay (hayride) behind it. We brought it home Saturday and I started it with WD40 yesterday because I needed it pretty badly. It ran fine last night but this morning, I had to start it with the old WD again...yep it's dying. My question is: Does anyone sell a rebuild kit for the injector pump? What's my best bet to keep cost down? THanks for any thoughts. Rock

No rebuild kits available unfortunately. You've got to buy a whole new pump. Well, a remanufactured one really cause bosch quit making the pumps. industrialinjection.com is supposed to have some pretty good prices.
