For starters, check the codes, 0216 is one of the ones you don't won't to see. Check fuel pressure to it. see if your lift pump is bad also.

no codes are coming up on it. so what does that mean. it wont run for nothing, its like its falling on its face.

Could be bad fuel. I have seen at least one perfectly good VP-44 swapped out when the culprit was bad fuel.

Does it smoke black, blue, or white? Check the air and fuel filters first.

No it barely smokes at all even at WOT. I will change fuel and air filters tommorrow. What are some good filters or should i just get some cheap ones to just verify if that is indeed the problem.
