Turn your keyswitch on-off-on-off-on and see what your odometer displays.
Post any codes displayed and we'll discuss it. Fuel pressure?
You didn't list your lift pump fuel pressure guage on your signature

That 3rd ON of the keyswitch is necessary.
The accelerator pedal issue could be an APPS deal but I didn't think the motor temp would affect that. Have you tried resetting it?

The 0216 is an injector pump timing code sometimes reportedly set because of a low lift pump pressure event and sometimes the injector pump on it's way out. Seems like I've read where the lift pump pressure makes the timing thing work.
The 1693 basically anounces the presence of a trouble code.

Lift pump and injection pump are both covered for 100,000 miles, unless you're over the 5 year mark.

It would have to be another problem in addition to the Injector Pump Timing issue...the P0216 kinda tells the story.
