Slowly losing power

My truck runs good, smooth, good economy, but is slowly losing power. I have cleaned the IAT. Any ideas? It used to be very powerful for a stock engine but is now slowing down on the hills. I thought that it was the crack in the exhaust manifold, but that has been changed. Air cleaner is clean, fuel filter is new, pump pressures are high (10+ WOT)turbo impeller is tight (no slop) getting near 205,000 miles. Thanks guys

Re:Slowly losing power

Does your truck have a cat? If so, that may be the cause of the slow loss of power?
