Got Crank Got Fuel
Motor Swap Not mine but have a vested interest
The truck is a Standard 4x4 24 valve with a Edge chip hard wired in (still)
. okay the motor is in and buttoned up so to speak they used the ECM that was on the Donnor motor not the original motor's ECM
By ECM i mean the one on the block Right term ?
Will that make a difference ?
anyway the motor cranks has lots of fuel right up to the injectors but no fire None
I don't have a code reader to see if it is droppin codes
Any Ideas

I will try to help a little. This is my experience with replacing a vp44.
I had a hard start after the replacement.
I had fuel at a couple injectors and cranked fine. Just would not start no matter how much I cranked it.. Actually killed the batteries trying.
I had to recharge the batteries to get a full charge.
I cracked all the injectors.(except #6)
As fuel would come out an injector, I would tighten that one up, until all the injectors put fuel out.
At that point, it just took a lot of cranking...
Maybe 20-30 minutes of actual crank time..Over the course of a few hours.
Sometimes a shot of ether helps, but please make sure the grid heater is not hooked up.....
