When you say &quot;out the top&quot; are you talking the square plate on top that holds the over center adjusting screw. The over center screw is the one toward the front of the truck, has the lock nut with the screw in the center. The lock nut on mine was not snug and it leaked with a good steady drip. I snugged the nut and it stopped. No problem since.<br><br>If you are talking about where the shaft goes into the steering box, your bearing preload may be too loose. You will have to remove the shaft (take the bolt all the way out and gently pry the shaft away from the steering box). With a hammer and punch, tap the lock ring CCW and then unscrew.
