I just bought the goodyear gatorback today and it stoped my annoying squeak when I shut it down. It was worth the $25.

Mine has 40,000 on it and it still doesn't squeak, knock on wood

mine has never squeaked with 165,000 miles on the original belt, i won't change it untill it goes bad.......

Mine squeeked for 42K miles (then I got a gatorback when I replaced my water pump )...... Sold the truck about 500 miles later, quite shut down and all.

i love my gatorback my truck squeeked all the time i put the gatorback on an no more squeek and im going on 30000 miles now

On the advice of this thread I just went and purchased one, hope I get the same results. I've lived with the shut off squeak since the day I drove it off the lot in '99.
