Fuel tank capacity

When my fuel light comes on it takes about 27 gallons to fill'er up.
I have not wanted to find out exactly how much,the whole bleeding the system thing kinda sucks

EXACT same as my 01.

The new(er) ones, at leat my 06 doesn't give you much warning. Matter of fact the one time I did let my light come on, it took a little over 32 gallons.

With this truck I need to remember to fill up closer to a 1/4 tank or so.

I'm looking into a bigger tank and ran across this manufacturer Titan Fuel Tanks http://www.supertanks.com/dodge.html anyone ever use this tank?
it's made from Polyethylene and comes with a skid plate.

The stock tank has two humps, like camel humps, one on each end. I would guess that the top of these humps is 2-3 inches above the top of the fuel module.
