Fuel system not priming
Guys, there is no relay on the stock LP system. ECM controls the LP directly, this is why you can get ECM codes that LP voltage is out of bounds. If there was a relay in there, this would be impossible.
There is no pressure sensor anywhere on the LP or FF canister that would tell the ECM that LP is not delivering fuel and we would get CEL. Wouldn't that be nice. That's why we need fuel pressure gages.
Durations and sequencing of the LP running are posted correctly by Gmctd. That is what the FSM says - 2 s running time on Key On, 25 s running time on starter bump.

Dave, you prolly should have the ECM scanned with the DRBIII, see if it's the ECM logic, or otherwise - maybe it does need a reflash, but the only way to tell, without a spare ECM, is with a scantool
Alternative is Autoenginuity.com for comprehensive pc-based scantool software - installs on your laptop, does everything the DRBIII does - will even reflash if you have DCX software - ~250bucks
Main thing is you can scan and test all the engine and transmission functions - they have software for PC, PDA, and the palm PC - the PC software has a comprehensive dyno - go to that link for more information
Similar alternative is Carcode.com, does the same and cheaper, but not as professional as AE - ~125bucks
They are both full function pcware bi-directional scantools, just like the DRBIII - not just a simple code reader

Thanks!! I appreciate yalls help very much. I can't afford those scan tools right now, but in the future I'll be getting one. I have few bills to take care of and I'm sure yall can understand. So, should I go to the dealer and have it scanned or is there some where else I can have this done at?
Thanks again!
Thanks again!
At 6500bucks, not too many shops will have a DRBIII, and you need more than a simple DTC scan - you can shop around, but it's likely going to be MrMoservice down at yer friendly DCX establishment
