Fuel system has been modified
There's sticker on radiator support on my truck saying "original fuel system has been modified" or something along those lines.
So does that mean that I have in-tank fuel pump?

Well, as long as your pressure is ok, you're ok. But if that pump takes a dump, you have to pull the tank .
There are a million threads that describe all of the thoughts about that. Have fun with search... It's your best friend in here...

I went online and seller states that 05+ AirDog Raptor comes with the fuel upgrade module that goes in the tank and replaces the in-tank pump. it has a new float and plugs into the existing wiring harness and everything.
Can anyone confirm this?

That is incorrect, the Airdog comes with a kit to modify YOUR existing module in the tank it does NOT come with a new module canister.
