Driving without Gauges

I will hopefully be getting my truck this weekend... It is a 99 2500, and the only gauge it will have in it is a fuel pressure gauge for about a week until i can get enough money to order my gauges... I drive 40 miles to & from work and most of all of it is interstate where i will be going around 70-75mph.. Do I have anything to worry about temps or anything else..Its is a stock truck with just a shift kit installed in the tranny which is an automatic.. I will also not be towing with it or anything until I get those gauges...

With no fueling or timing mods, a fuel pressure gauge should suffice.

It's been running around for 6 years and hasn't blown up yet.
