Diff capacities...

How much gear oil does the D70 and D60 hold? I know how to check it, fill it til it comes out the fill hole.
I want to know how much gear lube to buy...

That would be 2 pints per quart. If you buy 10 quarts total, you'll be fine.
Remember to clean out the diff housings before putting the covers back on and adding new fluid. Also if you lift one side of the truck at a time, any remaining fluid in the axle tubes will come out too
