Two wheel drive or 4WD?? Gotta know!!!Better adddressed in non driveline.
Never drive between 20-60 MPH. Well it didn't work for me either.
As I recall there is generally something wrong with suspension, or tire/wheel assy. Must very carefully inspect all suspension components and mountings for looseness. I mean everything. Positive caster is word to remember.

My local front end shop fixes this all the time and they said the best set up they found is a stock Mopar steering gear with a darin's steering stabilizer. Worked great for me, they also had to install a Moog Track bar.

Not on a 2wd. Check your idler and pitman arms good. They tend to ware causing this on a 2wd.

Tires and wheels can certainlly contribute. Does truck vibrate above 50 MPH?

Tires, wheels, balance, tires out of round, or tires have excess loaded radial runout.

Yes. You would notice parts more at lower speeds. Have your tires ROAD FORCE balanced.
