As was already mentioned just check your fuel pressure at the schrader valve on the VP, just "bump" the starter and the pump should run for 25 seconds, no pressure then it doesn't matter if the pump is running or not if it's not pumping fuel. If you don't have a gauge then you could take the line off and see if the pump is delivering fuel, I forget how much it's supposed to deliver in one minute. Are you certain the pump is in the tank and not on the side of the engine block???

Lary was right, out of fuel, running now, thanks for all the help, run out of fuel with just under a qtr tank, will fill up now at half tank, thanks again keep on trucking

Use your trip meter by zeroing it at every fill up then fuel up again according to mileage...don't trust that sender at all I have seen them show half tank and be dry
