Cummins missing

hi I have an 01 3500 6 speed cummins and at about 2100 rpmRP it sounds like it has a miss. I just replaced the vp44 and the ECM. It also has an airdog 2 with 15 psi. What could be the problem?

APPS time. Get a good one like the TIMBO. See if it stops missing when using cruise control around 60.....if it does, APPS time.

it seems to stop while using cruise control, but hard to tell cuz the truck is loud. I replaced the apps last fall. Could it have taken a dump again? Would said in the fuel cause that to miss?

i used cruise control this morning on my way to work and it feels like the problem is still there. In June I checked the valve lash and they were in spec. Last year I replaced the injectors and lift pump. Also last month I replaced injection pump and ECM.
