Codes 1475 and 0602

Fellow truckers, I have a couple of codes: 1475 which I do not know what it is and 0602 (P0602 Control Module Programming Error/NotProgrammed - What is this telling me?)

Regards,
Gene007

P01475 Aux 5 Volt Supply Voltage High Sensor supply voltage for ECM sensors is too high. I'm not real sure what 602 is telling you. Maybe it has something to do with the Smarty? Did you maybe unplug it too soon during programing?

Thanks for the responses, P01475 Aux 5 Volt Supply Voltage High Sensor supply voltage for ECM sensors is too high. Has anyone had to adjust this supply?

Did you use the key-on-off method of getting the codes? Smarty tells you what they are in plain english. It also tells you that the 602 is normal with non-stock softwares.

According to my Cummins manual a sensor may cause that code, P1475. All sensors are powered by the same +5VDC source and the same return (ground) from the ECM. It is not adjustable. The recommendation is to start unplugging the MAP, oil pressure sender, engine position sensor, and coolant level sensor, one at a time. When the fault goes inactive, investigate that particular circuit or sensor for a problem. With the fault indicating a voltage too high there may be a wire harness problem with the +5VDC source connecting to +12.

I got the 602 with the Smarty and EZ. I disconnected the EZ, reprogrammed the Smarty back to stock and then to 7. All is well.

Thanks to all. Bent valves, I'll try the elimination method.
