i was driving and i lost turbo power i checked my codes and a p0237 and suggetions?

 

Do you have any mods done to the truck? P0237 i believe is Map sensor voltage too low. Go to the cummins dealership (not dodge), pick one up and replace it, i think they're around $60. If that doesn't work you need to dig deeper, check fuel pressure, check and see if the wastegate is stuck open a bit etc...
