Code P1690 - Fuel Injection Pump CKP Sensor Does Not Agree With ECM CKP Sensor.
Brief Description: Problem in fuel sync signal. Possible injection pump timing problem. Low power, engine derated, or engine stops. It could be that you have a bad Crankshaft Position Sensor or "CKP". The ECM interprets the sensor input to determine the crankshaft position, The ECM then uses this position , along with other inputs, to determine injector firing sequence and fuel timing.
