I have noticed that i can always feel gear clash in 3rd and 4th gears. But now when I go to third mainly I hear a clang noise. I have the 5 speed with the hd transfer case can't tell exactly where the noise is coming from but it is pretty loud. It feels like the clutch isn't disengaging all the way because I can feel the gears on every shift unless I do it very slowly. Truck has 28,000 miles on it. Don't really pull much with it only little trailers under 7000 lbs.

What Thumper said, cause the next thing to check, syncronizers, is much harder to do.

Well I did get the 7/70000 but this thing is to new to have problems with a stock truck that gets drivin really easy. The ZF-5 in our 450 and the one in my modded stroke never had any problems. Thanks for the tips.
