Well I have had this truck a little over a month now, had a bad speed sensor when I bought it, replaced that, then the transmission problems start, got the TC to lock up, but now it slips under acceleration, and now today a check engine light, crankshaft position sensor. I'm going to pick up the part Monday, is there any way that this could be causing my TC to slip when it is locked up ? I drove the truck hard before I purchased it, and no problems..... I'm full of hopes.

The ckp shouldnt have anything to do with the torque converter slipping.
I could be wrong though.

 

Turn the od off and see if you can slip the tc in 3rd gear lock-up. Then report back.

You can't slip it with the OD off, I have a noise filter on the way, shoul dbe here tomorrow, will see.
