Breather bottle re-location

Love your going vertical (up) with initial hose! Lets most oil drain back but still releases pressure beautifully.
Don't forget the pressure!
After 2-3 Qtr mile passes on a hot day... There is always someone that comes up to me and says "Your smoking in back"!
My clear plastic drops down by starter and INTO frame. Comes back out by fuel tank.)
Point is it will blow steady stream of hot steam for a while after heavy running.
Mine is level for a bit (but I don't have to worry about freezing), and I promise pressure blows tube clear on hwy.
Because I'm NOT downhill all the way, I get no drips on driveway.
But going vertical first is even better....thanks!

You wont have problems with oil pouring out of the breather tube on steep hills unless you go rock crawling or something. i just took some hose and extended mine down to the sway bar. My driveway is very steep and very long and i have not had any problems with oil coming out except for a couple drips from residue

Thanks I used zip ties mostly, and kept it away from any moving parts. 8 years now and it has held up well considering it is not oil resistant. My bottle fell off somewhere along the way, so now the tube just breathes out to atmospere.

I'm not even in possession of my first Cummins yet (But the deal has been made LOL)
That being said, I'm of the opinion that a few drops of oil every so often at the front of the truck is a great rust proofer for the undercarriage...
