Yep, thats the idea. Not sure what the breather setup is on a 12V though.

Probably best to just let it hang down (of course wiht some support) rather than running it along the framerail. I seen some guys that ran the hose to the back of the cab.....
I ran mine just behind the cab with no bottle and a slight down angle. I routed the hose over the starter and back. I used some semi clear hose that has a braid in it from Lowes, you can see if there is a blockage.

Genos Garage has a nice one that comes with a port for a fuel pressure gauge.

Thanks for comment...
Ok I guess I'm just slow, but how does the oil pour out when you're on an incline with the hose just extended? Then shouldn't it do that with the bottle on too? I'm trying to decide what to do with my breather.

That set up will get in the way of a Banks High Ram which i have waiting to be put on. So i'm thinking about just extending the hose but i'm open to ideas.

I just added 2' of heater hose to mine. It exits just behind the front differential. Goes over the axel. Used heater hose back in 2000, no problems yet.

It usually drips a couple of drops after a long hard run. I don`t do any rock climbing so the truck is never at a big enough angle to lose oil out the breather.

use soft hose where needed, or just adapt the design to a preferred route (under the intake maybe??)
